Everyone, Teddy is sick

Everyone… this is something we never really wanted to say out loud, but right now, it feels important to share. Teddy is sick.

It’s hard to even put into words because everything feels a little heavier when someone you love isn’t feeling well. Teddy has always been such a bright, gentle presence—full of warmth, quiet joy, and that kind of love that makes everything around him feel a little better. So seeing him like this… it’s not easy.

At first, it was just small changes. The kind you almost question. Maybe he’s just tired today. Maybe he didn’t sleep well. Maybe it’s nothing. But when you know Teddy, when you’ve spent so much time noticing his every little habit, you start to realize when something isn’t right.

He’s been quieter. Slower. Not as eager to jump up or follow along like he usually does. The playful energy that once filled the room has softened into something more still. He still looks at us with those same loving eyes—but now, there’s a hint of discomfort behind them. And that’s what hurts the most.

Because he doesn’t understand what’s happening.

He just knows he doesn’t feel like himself.

And yet, even through that, Teddy is still Teddy. He still leans in for comfort. Still stays close. Still trusts us completely. That kind of trust is both beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. It reminds you how much they depend on you—not just for care, but for reassurance.

Right now, we’re doing everything we can for him.

He’s resting in a calm, familiar space. We’re keeping him comfortable, watching him closely, and making sure he feels safe every moment. Every little movement matters. Every small sign gives us something to hold onto. We’re taking it step by step, moment by moment.

There’s no clear answer yet, and that uncertainty is the hardest part. Not knowing exactly what’s going on can make your thoughts race, but we’re trying to stay grounded—for him. Because what Teddy needs most right now isn’t fear… it’s calm, steady love.

And he has that.

He’s surrounded by people who care deeply about him. People who are watching over him, speaking gently to him, and making sure he knows he’s not alone. Because no matter what, that will always be true—Teddy will never face anything by himself.

If you’ve ever followed his journey, smiled at his moments, or felt even a small connection to him, then you already know how special he is. He has a way of reaching people without even trying. And right now, that love matters more than ever.

So we’re asking, quietly but sincerely—keep Teddy in your thoughts.

Send him strength. Send him calm. Send him love.

We’re holding onto hope. Holding onto the belief that this is just a moment, not the end of his story. Teddy is strong in his own gentle way, and we believe in him.

For now, we stay close. We stay patient. And we stay hopeful.

Because Teddy is not just a dog.

He’s family.

And right now, family needs love more than ever. 🐾💛
