Teddy misses you all so much 🐶💛 He can’t wait for more visits, cuddles, and familiar faces.

Lately, there’s been a certain look in Teddy’s eyes — a soft, searching kind of look that tells us he’s thinking about all of you. 🐶💛 He’s been extra cuddly, lingering by the door a little longer, and perking up every time he hears a car outside like he’s hoping it might be someone coming to visit.

Teddy truly misses you all so much.

He may not understand calendars or busy schedules, but he absolutely understands connection. He remembers the laughter, the belly rubs, the way some of you scratch just behind his ears in that perfect spot. He remembers the familiar voices calling his name and the excitement of seeing friendly faces walk through the door.

Every time we scroll through photos or mention certain names, his ears lift like he recognizes the energy. Maybe he doesn’t know exactly who we’re talking about — but he knows the feeling. And that feeling is love.

The house has been a little quieter lately. Of course, there are still playful moments and cozy evenings, but there’s something special about having guests over that Teddy thrives on. He loves being the welcoming committee. He loves showing off his toys, doing his happy spins, and making sure everyone gets at least one enthusiastic tail wag.

He especially misses the cuddles.

Teddy has always been a big softie at heart. For all his playful energy, he melts the second someone sits down next to him. He’ll gently lean his weight against you, rest his head on your lap, and look up with those warm, trusting eyes. It’s his way of saying, “Stay a little longer.”

And right now, he’s waiting for more of those moments.

He’ll sit by the window sometimes, watching the world go by. Every passing car gets a hopeful glance. Every sound outside makes his tail thump softly against the floor. It’s almost like he’s imagining the next visit — the next round of excited greetings and joyful chaos.

We keep telling him, “Soon.” And while he may not understand the word, he understands the tone. His tail wags anyway.

There’s something so pure about the way dogs love. They don’t hold grudges about time passed. They don’t question why it’s been a while. The moment they see you again, it’s as if no time has gone by at all. That’s exactly how Teddy is. When he sees familiar faces, his whole body lights up. It’s not just happiness — it’s reunion joy.

He can’t wait for more visits. More afternoons filled with laughter. More hands reaching down to pet him. More familiar scents and voices filling the room. He can’t wait to do his little welcome dance again — the one where he wiggles so hard he almost trips over himself.

Until then, he’s holding onto the memories.

He’s keeping his favorite cuddle spots warm. He’s making sure his toys are ready to be proudly presented. He’s practicing his best “please pet me” face — which, honestly, is already perfect.

And while he waits, he’s sending so much love out into the world. Because if there’s one thing Teddy does best, it’s love wholeheartedly and without limits.

So just know — if you’ve ever sat with him, laughed with him, or scratched his belly, he remembers the feeling. And he misses you more than you know.

More visits, more cuddles, more familiar faces — they’re coming. And when they do, Teddy will be right there at the door, tail wagging like no time has passed at all. 🐾💛
